Shipping Policy
At Greenlife, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order promptly.
Order Confirmation and Delivery
Once your order is placed, our dedicated delivery team will contact you within two business days to confirm your order and schedule a delivery appointment.
Shipping Providers
We entrust your orders to reliable third-party carriers such as FedEx®, Purolator®, Canpar®, or UPS®. For oversized or overweight products, we use Freight Carrier and your items may be placed on pallets for safe transportation.
Pick-Up Service
We are excited to offer a pick-up service at our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you can choose to pick it up at our distribution center. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. We kindly ask that you pick up your orders within three business days to avoid any potential storage fees.
Tracking Your Order
We understand that you would want to know the status of your order. Therefore, a tracking number will be posted on the order page for your convenience.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Also, we only provide door-to-door delivery. If you require our employee to carry the product into a personal property (e.g., shop, store, personal room, building, condo, elevator, stairs), we kindly ask for your assistance. Greenlife Inc. won't be able to cover the damages or losses that might occur during delivery.
